The Beginning
TDS Consultants was founded by licensed electrical and civil engineers who spent years in the field before stepping into consulting. We know what it takes to get a project from conception to completion because we've been on the ground doing it.
Based in Simi Valley, we bring deep relationships with Southern California municipalities, agencies, and utility providers. Our small, senior-level team means clients work directly with experienced professionals who understand the technical and regulatory realities of heavy civil infrastructure.
